The family-friendly hotel was well-maintained. The staff were courteous and kind the whole time of my stay. The room was incredibly comfortable and offered with desk/chair and bathroom, for example. Everything seemed great, clean. The location was marvelous for first-time visitors to Franklin. I recommend the place. The hotel was well-kept and had friendly staff throughout my stay. Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The room was spacious and had just been redone. Loved having a microwave and fridge, plus a nice desk and chair setup. Paid $88 for the night. 🌟

HUGE rooms with high ceilings, and very clean and well maintained. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

The only "complaint" is that the beds were not terribly comfortable, but I wouldn't say they were awful. It might have been that we just weren't used to sleeping on a bed other than our own.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with newly remodeled rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were great, with a flat screen TV and a good shower with hot water and good pressure. The location was very convenient, as it was close to everything I wanted to see in this city. It was close to a convenience store that stayed open till midnight and there were also restaurants and local attractions nearby. The staff was exceptional, with JD at the front desk providing excellent Southern hospitality. He even brewed fresh coffee in the morning and offered to drive me to the pharmacy when my daughter got sick.
